A bright and modern family retreat, with river and hillside views and wildlife on your doorstep.

Riverside House is located just yards from the banks of the River Aros and looks out over the estuary and the Sound of Mull.

It was built with an island architect and builder and completed at the end of 2017. The airy spaces, high ceilings, plate glass windows and commanding views make it a very uplifting home to stay in. It has been decorated with island art work and photographs.

The house was designed using Passive House principles to be ultra-energy efficient. For most of the year, the heat from sunlight and day-to-day use is enough to keep the house warm without using any heating.
